About Neozent
One company, three capabilities businesses usually source separately.
Neozent Solutions started as an IT hardware and infrastructure provider. Corporate gifting and the AI Site Builder grew out of the same instinct: businesses were already coming to us to solve adjacent problems, so we built the capability instead of referring them elsewhere.
Where we started
Infrastructure first
Our earliest clients needed workstations, servers, and networks that didn't fail during their busiest weeks. That work is still the core of what we do, and it shaped how we approach the other two lanes: plan for the real workload, commit to a timeline, and stay accountable after the invoice is paid.
Where we expanded
Gifting, then the builder
Clients buying hardware for new offices started asking for onboarding kits for the staff moving in. That became our corporate gifting practice. Not long after, some of those same clients needed a website live before launch day, faster than a traditional build allowed. That became the AI Site Builder.
How we operate
What stays consistent across all three lanes
Different products, same operating standard.
Accountable by default
Response times, delivery windows, and reporting are commitments we publish, not promises we make once in a pitch.
Fit over catalog
We start from what your team actually needs, then bring in the hardware, gifts, or site, not the other way around.
One point of contact
A single account lead who understands all three lanes, so you're never re-explaining context to a new person.
Built for the long refresh cycle
Hardware, gifting calendars, and web presence all need revisiting on a cycle. We plan for the next one while delivering this one.
Work with us
Bring us whichever problem you have first.
Most clients start in one lane and end up using two. We're glad to start wherever the need is.
